No. Preparing quotes, comparing cover and explaining it to you is simply part of what we do, so there's no charge for it. You only pay the premium if you decide to buy the policy.
For standard products such as Compulsory Traffic Insurance (the legal minimum for every vehicle in Türkiye), Kasko (comprehensive car cover), home insurance and DASK (compulsory earthquake insurance), we usually get back to you on the same working day. Products that need a risk assessment — health, business or liability cover — can take a little longer while insurers price them; if so, we'll keep you posted.
It depends on the product. For vehicles we need the plate and registration details; for a home, the address and a few details about the property; for health cover, the dates of birth of everyone to be insured and a health declaration; for a business, what you do and where. You don't need to have it all ready — we'll ask step by step in the WhatsApp chat and fill in any gaps together. Just send a photo of your registration or current policy.
Not at all. A quote is information, not a contract. If it doesn't suit you, nothing happens and nothing is charged.
Your policy comes into force on the start date shown on it, once the premium is paid and the policy is issued. We can also set the start date for a later day — just tell us when your current policy runs out.
